For health-care practitioners, attorneys and other professionals unable to take the time necessary to do corrections and speech file training, VoiceTranscription™ can professionally process your transcription on a continuing basis.  

You dictate into a voice-recognition quality hand-held recorder and upload your dictation files to our secure FTP server.  We process the dictation, correcting and training your speech files, and return documents to you, formatted and ready to print or insert into your electronic document record.   

Pricing starts at 13 cents per line for recognition accuracy from 80 to 89% and reduces to 11 cents per line for recognition rates between 90 and 93%.  As recognition reaches 94 to 96%, your rate drops to 9 cents per line, and at 97+% recognition your rate decreases further to 7 cents per line, cutting your transcription costs essentially to half the national average! 

Line charges are based on a standard 65-character line, and all processing and correction is done in the USA.  Normal turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours but shorter turnaround can be arranged.
